2 months

Last Friday, the 20th, our girls were two months old.  This is a little confusing because they have been a part of this world for two months, but developmentally they are like a newborn.  My original due date was January 17th.  Until about the age of 2, we will use a corrected age, which will be more developmentally appropriate.  I have a feeling our little peanuts will surprise us though.. they can both roll from their tummies to their backs already!

We had our two month check up this week and the girls are gaining weight nicely.  Ella is now 7 lbs. 10 oz. and Eva is 6 lbs. 11 oz.  If you were to consider them newborns, they would be a good size.  They aren't on the charts for two month olds, but that is to be expected!

My cousin's girlfriend, Brenna, was kind enough to come to our house last week and take some pictures of the girls.  She is very talented and we are thrilled with how the pictures turned out.  (Thanks Brenna!!)  I will share some of our favorites.
